Due to their exponential growth, there are various Client Administrator positions being recruited as this company continues on its exciting journey.

Job Description

As Client Administrator, you will provide support to a private client and charity focused investment team, focusing on administrative support and project management. Duties will include:

  • Working closely with the operations team with regards to administration responsibilities
  • Researching and resolving client queries
  • Data analysis using spreadsheets and collating information for reporting purposes and meetings with clients
  • Managing cash transfers and foreign exchange transactions for clients
  • Compliance with FCA requirements, attending annual compliance briefings and attending seminars where needed
  • Building trusting relationships
  • Maintaining client files and KYC records
  • Overseeing any projects to support new initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant to this Client Administrator role must have:

  • Experience in a client facing role, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build good relationships
  • Advanced excel knowledge and strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of compliance and knowledge of FCA regulations
  • Attention to detail
