Job Description

As a successful Business Development Leader you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the entire business development cycle whilst negotiating creative customer deals.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing teams to drive business growth
  • Focus results towards achieving financial targets
  • Increase new business revenues through lead generation and manage meaningful relationships with potential clients
  • Develop tailored solutions to satisfy the customers needs and maximise revenue
  • Manage new customers and ensure smooth transactional business occurs prioritising excellent service, delivery and accuracy.
  • Work with senior internal teams to deliver geographical expansion
  • Focus on increasing revenue through up-selling, cross selling and offering additional services to existing clients.
  • Identify trends, improvements and new services through analysis of feedback.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Business Development Leader will have the following skills:

  • A track record of business development within a service led environment
  • The ability to develop and build great relationships
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Understand the practical experience of the sales cycle whilst proving your abilities to close deals
  • Have a creative approach towards increasing revenue within the targeted pool of customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the eagerness to progress and drive business forward
