Job Description
* Meeting with Business users to define and document Business Requirements
* Carrying out Gap Analysis between new Business Requirements and Existing Capabilities
* Create supporting Documentation using appropriate Business Analysis Techniques and templates
* Working with Stakeholders to define Project Scope and Develop Business Cases to support prioritisations of work
* Working with Developers, Data Analysts and Trainers collectively to develop and deliver the needs of the Business with a common understanding
* Preparing testing scenarios and acceptance criteria
* Supporting business users to prepare testing data
* Organising business acceptance testing sessions, and obtaining sign-off for the work performed
The Successful Applicant
* Experienced Business Analyst, preferably related to the RPA area
* Must have prior experience with automation tools UI Path
* Experience of leading the analysis, design and testing stages of RPA projects
* Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills and techniques
* Communication skills that allow the candidate to build strong working relationships with different stakeholders
* The ability to actively listen, analyse information, and challenge findings where required
* The ability to manage working time effectively, including prioritisation of tasks and activities where appropriate
* A methodical approach to problem solving and good analytical abilities, an inquisitive nature and a drive to persist until all questions or issues are addressed and resolved
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills that allow the candidate to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and present findings accordingly
* Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
