About Our Client

Our client, a stable division of the NHS are looking are looking for immediately available Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a Temp-to-Perm basis

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor include, but are not limited to;

  • To work as part of a team to ensure an optimum service to customers at all times
  • To seek to provide information for simple finance-related queries received via telephone and electronic communication within agreed guidelines and parameters
  • Where necessary, to pass on queries to other internal departments for resolution, ensuring clear and precise information is provided to aid the speed of resolution.
  • To set and manage realistic expectations with customers
  • To manage high volume of calls
  • To create, update and close records in databases (CRM)
  • To follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • To ensure at all times a professional image of yourself and the organisation is portrayed in any interaction
  • To provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Advisor will possess;

  • Able to work from home and have access to internet
  • The ability to work with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced customer driven environment
  • Passionate about customer service excellence
  • Customer focused and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Highly motivated by targets and ability to overachieve goals and targets
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to deliver sometimes difficult messages with tact and sensitivity
  • Able to confidently and succinctly manage expectations of callers
  • Confident, with excellent listening skills

What's on Offer

The successful candidate will benefit from a stable Temp-to-Perm role working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. This role is paying £10.65 per hour Total Hourly Pay. The role is based in Central bristol and flexible working may be provided following completion of full training
