Job Description

  • Manage and process invoices and financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of services to clients
  • Collaborate with other accounting team members to maintain financial records
  • Assist with financial auditing tasks
  • Handle client queries related to billing
  • Adhere to financial procedures and policies
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Support other accounting projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billings Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles
  • Knowledge or Oracle
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients
