About Our Client
My clients is a reputable service provider. Die to changes in current legislation's they are going through a period of change. They are currently recruiting a Billings Assistant to join them on a contract basis. The role will involve assisting with creating a new billing platform.
The Role will involve:
- Raise Sales invoices on billing system and liaise with the service managers and funders to ensure accuracy and payment
- Post sales invoices in accounting system
- Support debtor management activities to ensure prompt payment
- Assist with specification and testing of new billing platform
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong understanding of back office systems
- Have strong Excel skills
- Experience of working in a busy, results focused environment
- Have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Have billings/ Sales Ledger experience
