Job Description
The Banking Paralegal vacancy will including the following responsibilities not limited to:
- Drafting documentation.
- Liaising with clients working on advice for lenders and borrowers
- Perform analysis of amendments and leases
- Performing due diligence on lenders and borrowers that are buying existing property
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Banking Paralegal, the successful candidate will have the following:
- Legal degrees
- Knowledge of Real Estate Finance and relevant work history
- Previous Corporate or Banking Paralegal work
- A confirmed a Training Contract with 6-12 months availability to work
