The key responsibilities of the role are :

  • Minute taking
  • Administrative tasks
  • Communicating with other departments as and when required
  • Provide support to service improvement projects
  • Act as a point of contact for the team.
  • Respond to general enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Rota management
  • Assisting with recruitment processes
