About Our Client

Our client is a large pension provider recruiting for an administrator to join their excellent finance team. They are a well established business based in Liverpool city centre who provide excellent company benefits.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are:

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Administer the completion of all correspondence
  • Process and update all member records
  • Assist with all external and internal enquiries
  • General administrative tasks required for the efficient running of the section
  • Ensure all pension payroll tasks are completed

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident in using Microsoft excel and office
  • Motivated
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Confident in decision making and using initiative
  • Enthusiastic
