About Our Client

My client are a long-standing Legal firm based with several offices strategically placed around the UK. The role of the Administrator will be based at their Leeds site - with great transport links nearby and newly refurbished offices! This role is a great opportunity for someone who's looking to gain stable experience within a friendly but professional working environment!

Job Description

The key duties of the Administrator will include:

  • Replying to requisitions
  • Liaising with the Land Registry
  • Carry out electronic searches at the Land Registry
  • Submitting any manual registrations required
  • Chasing existing lenders for removal of their charge by telephone
  • Liaising with third parties for outstanding/amended documents required for registration

The Successful Applicant

The successful Administrator will have/ be:

  • Organised
  • Great communication skills (both written/ verbal)
  • Competent at IT (Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Outlook)
  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
  • Previous office based experience
