About Our Client
My client is a very large and successful organisation who have an immediate requirement to recruit a proven Administrator into the team.
The day to day responsibilities include:
- Assisting the department by responding to e-mails, answering calls, data entry and placing purchase orders.
- As required assist within other Operations functions
- Reading and responding to e-mails from internal departments and suppliers
- Data entry: processing of orders from customers
- Processing Returns from clients
- Processing orders.
- Answering of phones
- Responding to queries
- Documentation management
