Varied Admin and Reception Cover
About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a successful organisation based in Warrington to recruit for an experienced administrator who can support them with cover on reception and general increased work load within various functions.
Job Description
Key responsibilities for this Administration role will include;
*Build string relations with property managers to resolve any issues
*Management of a busy enquiries inbox
*Weekly facilities checks
*Cover a busy switch board on reception on a rota basis
*Organise diary's for directors and department heads
*Data entry from a paper based file to a digital one
*General PO's
*Resolve queries with customer and suppliers
*Order stationary and stock ad hock
*Produce documents and reports on request
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role will match the following criteria;
*Have a high standard of accuracy in producing administrative reports
*Excellent experience working within a busy reception setting
*Strong skills working with Microsoft Packages including Excel
*Experience working with commercial properties will be an advantage
*Excellent organisational skills to manage your own work load

*Generous salary range between 18500 - 22000
