Local Administrator position

About Our Client

As the new administrator in the team you will be trained in all necessary systems. Supporting the team of 5 strong you will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Deal with customer queries both over the phone and by email
- Placing orders using the inhouse system
- Complete various reports when required
- Chasing orders / delivery queries
The Successful Applicant
The successful administrator will have worked in an office environment and be keen to continue their career in a customer service / administration position.
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Previous experience in a sales order processing / customer service position would be advantageous.
