About Our Client
We have partnered with an NHS organisation based in Sheffield, based in S10. They are currently recruiting a number of 3 month temporary posts across various teams.
Job Description
We're recruiting a number of administrative posts, including: Clerical Officer / Receptionists/ Medical Records Clerk /Ward Clerk / Medical SecretaryDuties will vary for each post, though may include:
- Providing appropriate and professional admin support to members of the immediate team and other teams within the team
- Filing
- Reception duties, greeting and taking calls
- Respond to enquiries from clients, patients, colleagues and other professionals using excellent customer service skills and a friendly and flexible approach
- Upload documents and data onto the NHS IT systems, keeping up to date with system changes
- Undertake all relevant tasks on the relevant IT systems in the most appropriate way ensuring you keep up to date with any programme changes
- Undertake all other admin duties as appropriate
- Assisting with covid procedures and measures
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Be available to start immediately (essential)
- Have worked in an office environment before (essential)
- Have experience working in a similar Administrator, Receptionist, or Ward Clerk role before (essential)
- Have experience within the NHS, or Public Sector and Government Sector (desirable)
