Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Specialist/Purchase Ledger Clerk your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage Purchase Ledger
  • Complete preparation of payment runs
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Reconcile to supplier statement regularly
  • Complete bank rec keying on a weekly basis
  • Process payments and update payment spreadsheet
  • Keep petty cash records and reconcile monthly
  • Ad-hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

To be successful for the Accounts Payable Specialist/Purchase Ledger Clerk position you will:

  • Have previous experience working in a high-volume purchase ledger team
  • Be ambitious
  • Be a strong communicator
