Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and contribute to financial reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, resolving any payment-related queries.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
