About Our Client

Our client is a leading retail manufacturing company based within Central London who are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

Job Description

The main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:

  • Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable.
  • Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years+ of experience working in Accounts Payable.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
