Our client a highly successful business based in Woking, Surrey are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator due to company growth

Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Administrator based from the Woking office you will be responsible for

Supplier Invoicing

  • To be responsible for the reconciliation of purchase orders to supplier invoice
  • To be responsible for uploading supplier invoices and credit notes to Sage
  • To be responsible for the allocation of payments to supplier invoices
  • To be responsible for the reconciliation and allocation of Direct Debits and Standing Orders to supplier invoices
  • To reconcile supplier statements to the aged creditors
  • To be responsible for the month end supplier payment run and ad-hoc payments
  • To be responsible for day to day supplier invoice queries


  • To be responsible with maintaining and supporting the sites with their Petty cash requirements
  • To assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with reconciling all Credit and Charge card payments
  • To assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor with cost analysis and procurement.
  • To be responsible for maintaining analysis of all utility costs throughout the group.
  • To provide ongoing support to the Head Office cost centres

The Successful Applicant

  • Accounts payable experience is required
  • Experience using the Sage50 system is highly desirable
