About Our Client

My client is a large, well established Investment Management firm with their head office based conveniently in Central London, close to The Strand. This role will be covering a long term maternity cover offering an ongoing one day WFH day.

Job Description

Reporting in to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following;

  • Group purchase ledger
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Processing weekly payments
  • Responsibility for the sales ledger and sales receipts
  • Calculation of rebate payments
  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly payroll
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Other ad-hoc support to the wider finance function

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have most recently worked in a similar role within the financial or professional services sectors. You must be available to commence in early January and to commit to this role for at least 12 months.
