Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Accountancy Assistant will include the following;

  • Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
  • Maintaining financial software system
  • Maintaining procedural records to a high standard
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining control accounts
  • Producing weekly reports regarding creditors
  • Creating spreadsheets to monitor financial information

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Experience in an Accountancy/Finance role
  • Previous Experience of Accounts Payable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5 GCSEs at Grade C and above
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
