Job Description

The key responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to the following duties and tasks;

  • Processing Invoices
  • Handling cash flow
  • Assisting with importing
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Supplier statements
  • Query resolution
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful for this post, you will ideally be able to demonstrate confidence and efficiency across a range of different tasks. You will need to have strong IT skills, most notably Microsoft Excel and be confidant with processing transactions at a high volume. Knowledge of import activities would be beneficial, along with a good understanding of the general ledger and VAT.
