About Our Client
Page Personnel are working with a well established business, based in Newcastle Under Lyme, recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their close knit team.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: purchase ledger administration; posting of invoices; payments to suppliers; reconciliation of supplier statements; sales ledger administration; maintaining credit acounts; credit control; posting bank receipts; preparing aged debt listings; preparing bank reconciliations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a finance role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
