About Our Client
A well established business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: credit card management; preparation of debts report; prepare recharge invoices; produce sales invoices; credit checks; assist with budget administration; collation and analysis of management information; assist in preparation of accruals.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a finance/accounting role - Essential
- Be AAT Studier - or have equivalent experience - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
