About Our Client
This business are a prestigious Manufacturing and Production business and are leaders within the European market. With factories across the UK, this company supply multi-nationally and have almost 50 years worth of expertise in their field.
As the Accounts Assistant, you'll be responsible for: processing and posting purchase ledger invoices, payment runs, bank reconciliations, effective query management, supplier payments, creating and raising purchase orders, issuing credit notes, chasing customers for outstanding monies via email and telephone, ad hoc admin relating to the finance .
This is not an exhaustive list of duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant will:
- Be available immediately
- Have solid working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and vlookups)
- Have relevant experience relating to the above duties
