Job Description
General Accounting
- Detailed analysis and reconciliation of Other Income and Expenses (OI&E)
- End to end process ownership of Equity, Capital and Investments, including but not limited to quarterly reconciliations
- Maintaining and updating the lease portal and lease calculation file
- Continuous review of the Royalty contracts to ensure accurate reporting and quarterly calculations
BPO
- Ensure alignment and optimization between the CoE and BPO team
- Improve visibility of end-to-end roles & responsibilities
- Support StF SAP rollouts and Global GS initiatives with impact on BPO
- Compliance with Johnson and Johnson World Wide Procedures (WWP) is essential
The Successful Applicant
- Strong technical accounting background
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills require
- Knowledge of SAP and Blackline
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and customer service skills
- Proven business partnering skills
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
