Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Director you will predominantly be responsible for the production and preparation of the monthly management accounts. Also you will be required to producing year-end accounts for annual audit, complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, process quarterly VAT returns, assist with payroll, budget setting and management, cash-flow forecasting, stock management, and provide the senior leadership team with information and reports to improve business performance in various departments.
The Successful Applicant
- Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or qualified by experience
- End to end management Accounting experience
- Experience in producing the year end statutory accounts
- Experience in motor trade industry would be desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business with the ability to respond quickly
- Experience in building relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient user of Excel
