Meet Britain's Future Board

Claire Canty was the 2015 winner of the Rising Star of the Year award at the Masters of Marketing Awards. She started her career with a place on the Nestle graduate scheme before joining Weetabix as Senior Brand Manager and has achieved huge success in a relatively short period of time and took some time out of her busy day to share her career highlights with us.

Panayiota Koshias was the 2015 winner of the New Practitioner of the Year award at the British Accountancy Awards. Panayiota is the Senior Accountant/Accounts Team Manager at Nordens. She started her career as a junior with a local firm of accountants and after gaining valuable experience moved to Nordens where she has achieved great success.

Stephanie was the 2015 winner of the HR Newcomer of the Year award at the Personnel Today Awards and currently works as a Global HR Project Manager at Sodexo after deciding early on in her career that she needed a career change. Happy to go the extra mile, she keeps up-to-date with latest news in her industry and will be starting an OD Practitioner Certificate this year.

Tracy Bolton was the 2016 winner of the New Sales Professional of the Year award at the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards (BESMA). She works as an outbound cold call telesales agent at Virgin Media and although she has been in the sales industry for a relatively short time, she has already made a big impact.

Vidhyalakshmi Karthikeyan was the 2015 winner of the Young IT Professional of the Year award at the UK IT Industry Awards. As Senior Researcher at BT, she successfully leads an area of research in application of data analytics to IPTV delivery. Vidhya likes to keep up-to-date with the industry and developments in academia, while constantly being on the lookout for publications in her area, and products in the market.
