The role
Working for Page Personnel you will be responsible for generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market. As well as benefiting from the support of an experienced team, you will need to use your commercial skills to develop strong relationships with your clients and candidates. Your role will be extremely varied and you must be able to adapt to a variety of demands on your time. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing relationships with hiring organisations through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service.
- Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity.
- Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients.
- Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job.
- Matching the best candidate to your jobs in a professional and efficient manner.
