What will I get out of Work & Learn?
Page Personnel will give you invaluable commercial experience, exposing you to the real world of the recruitment business. At the same time, you will get paid while having the chance to make a real impression with a potential future employer.
What work will I do?
You will be working closely with the local director and manager who will allocate you duties depending on your capabilities and the priorities of the business and location where you are placed.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing your knowledge of Michael Page, sales as a profession and the recruitment industry
- Sharpening your IT skills
- Getting your teeth into research work
- Increasing your involvement with all stages of the recruitment cycle
Offering you complete flexibility all year round, students on the Work & Learn scheme can work in different offices in term time and over the holidays. We fully understand that studies are important and you'll need to hit the books, so all we'll ask is a minimum of eight hours a week, ideally in four hour blocks. Your commitment over the holidays will be for more hours which obviously means you will have the chance to earn more.
