Induction course
Our commitment to your initial training is clear; experienced Directors and Trainers combine their skills and experience to guide you through the fundamentals of recruitment. Two separate, intensive modules are staggered across your first three months to ensure you have the skills to be successful in your specialist market. Highly interactive and flexible, this course enables us to respond to the needs of individuals regardless of their level of skills and experience.
Workshops
These are tailored to reflect market conditions and the challenges of your particular market. Varying in length, content and style, you will receive support and development in key areas as part of a small group.
Coaching
Our environment is inherently supportive and in your office you can expect to receive regular coaching sessions from senior management and experienced consultants. This approach complements our structured training.
Management Development Programmes
For consultants working towards management we have a phased programme designed to focus on the development of key skills in areas such as coaching, motivation, leadership and personality profiling. Combining this training with regular appraisals and reviews, we believe, equips you with all the skills and support you need to be successful.
