Combining off-site training with structured coaching in your office, our courses include:

Induction course

Stretching over a period of six months this off-site modular course is designed to help you grasp basic recruitment skills and then focuses on developing your commercial skills. The course if run by a Director and trainer who will work with you across the six months and ensure you receive consistent and valuable assistance, as well as relevant operational input.

Highly interactive and flexible, this course enables us to respond to the needs of individuals regardless of their level of skills and experience.

The course culminates in you presenting your business plan and market development to your Managing Director.

Workshops

Intensive two day courses tailored to your specific temporary or permanent market. Run by two Directors these workshops are designed to enhance your advanced skills in a 'live' working environment and equip you to meet the challenges of your specialist market.

Coaching

Our environment is inherently supportive and in your office you can expect to receive regular coaching sessions from senior management and experienced consultants. This approach complements our structured training.

Management Development Programmes

For consultants working towards Managing Consultant status, a phased management programme has been designed to focus on the development of key skills in areas such as coaching, motivation, leadership and personality profiling.

If you combine the training we give with regular appraisals and reviews, we believe we equip you with all the skills and support you need to be successful.
