Commission structure
Page Personnel offer a highly competitive commission structure that is based on individual results. It is also important to note that we pay commission on a monthly basis which is uncommon in our industry. There are also additional quarterly and annual target-based bonuses.
Incentives
We run local, regional and national competitions throughout the year as additional incentives and rewards for continued effort and commitment.
Quarterly events
Each quarter our individual divisions celebrate their success by holding fully catered events in and around all the cities in which we operate. Recent 'quarterly bashes' have included weekends in Amsterdam, Barcelona and Paris, racing at Brands Hatch, golfing, spa-days, go-karting, rafting, dining at exclusive restaurants and horse racing.

2010 - Miami
In early 2011, our top performing consultants and managers from offices throughout the UK enjoyed a full paid trip to sunny Miami, Florida. They enjoyed cocktails on the beach, spectacular helicopter trips and a range of different water sports.
