Commission Structure
Page Personnel offer a highly competitive commission structure that is based on individual results. It is also important to note that we pay commission on a monthly basis which is uncommon in our industry. There are also additional quarterly and annual target-based bonuses.
Incentives
We run local, regional and national competitions throughout the year as additional incentives and rewards for continued effort and commitment. At the end of every year we have a company ball where all employees enjoy a night in London and participate in our annual award ceremony.

New York - 2005
25 top performers were wined, dined and entertained in the Big Apple! Shopping, sightseeing, helicopter rides and sampling the joys of American night life were but a few of the activities they enjoyed.
Las Vegas - 2006
Our top performing Managers and Consultants were taken on a fully expensed trip to the gambling capital of the world! As well as enjoying a visit to the amazing Grand Canyon and the spectacle of "Cirque du Soleil", the winners of our 2006 competition dined at the famous Voodoo Lounge with its stunning views over the city.
Dubai - 2007
The top performers in 2007 were given exclusive membership to the ‘Dubai Diamond Club’ and were treated to a glamourous yet adventurous trip to the jewel of the Middle East. River cruises, lunch at Burj Al Arab, sandboarding, bellydancing and a trip to a camel farm made for a busy few days!
BARBADOS – 2008
All of our employees are currently working towards securing a place on the 2008 trip to the white sands and clear blue seas of Barbados. Details of the trip are a closely guarded secret but will be announced at our annual ball along with the winners.
