The Page Personnel Graduate Recruitment Scheme
Designed specifically for individuals with limited commercial experience but plenty of potential, our graduate training starts with a two day induction. The two days are packed full of fun and hard work and gives you the chance to get to know the exceptional group you have joined. As well as meeting senior individuals, including our Chief Executive Steve Ingham, you will participate in training sessions and a CSR project.
The structured training scheme combines off-site modular training, run by a Director and a member of our internal training team, interspersed with time spent in the office when you will benefit from our strong coaching culture. After the first training module, during which time you will grasp the basics of your new role, the focus of your training changes to develop your commercial acumen. Our training is designed to be highly interactive and the scheme is flexible to ensure we respond to your individual needs.
After six months you will present your business plan for the future to your Managing Director and receive additional support in the form of a participative workshop.
