Finding the right person for you

At Page Personnel we pride ourselves on taking the time to listen to both your needs and those of our candidates’ with the aim of finding a good match.
We also apply a rigorous vetting procedure to ensure only the best people are put forward for the role on offer. Below is an overview of our recruitment process. For more information, please speak to one of our consultants.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Speak to a Page Personnel consultant to discuss your job specification. This can be done either by calling your local office to arrange a meeting or going to register the job and emailing your description directly to us.
  • We will then search our national database looking for suitable candidates (against your pre-set criteria)
  • Our recommended applicants' CVs are sent to you. You select who you wish to interview and we arrange all the interviews for you.
  • We will advise and then negotiate the financial offer on your behalf.

Finding the right candidate

Your ideal applicant's profile will be matched with our database of (already interviewed) candidates. Your consultant will choose a shortlist of applicants who best match your requirements.

Your job description will then be placed on this website, where any of our candidates can access it by typing one of the keywords into the job search facility. Alternatively, they may have chosen to join the group of individuals who are notified by email when new opportunities (matching their criteria) arise.

Either way your job will reach all our registered candidates and we will endeavour to find the ideal match for your vacancy.

Selection and interviews

We then consult with the best applicants for the job and ensure that they are exactly what you're looking for. Your consultant will brief you about each recommended candidate and send their full curriculum vitae.

Sending you the best

Once you've reviewed all the applicants, we will arrange all of the initial interviews for you. This will include the distribution (if required) of any information about your organisation. To help you select the most suitable applicant from your shortlist we can also recommend an appropriate personality assessment tool.

Following each meeting your consultant will get feedback from the applicant and yourself and agree on the next course of action.

Negotiating the offer

Once you're happy to offer the position to a candidate, we'll negotiate the offer on your behalf - making sure your requirements and those of your new employee are fully met.
