A higher level of education

The time that temporary work was for junior employees with few skills is long gone. Research from Michael Page and Page Personnel shows that a large percentage of hiring managers are seeking specialists with 83% in IT, 80% in Engineering and 79% in Sales.
This is indicative of a clear shift from generalist to specialist. It is therefore no surprise that 75% of the temporary employees surveyed have at least a bachelor degree.
