We attract: many people come to us on the basis of our reputation. Never complacent, we consistently raise our profile through sponsored fashion events and networking days.

We motivate: where word of mouth is not enough, we incentivise existing candidates to source talent for us. ‘Refer a friend’ schemes have turned up some of our best candidates.
