Assistant Reporting Accountant

This is a commercial, all encompassing role...sitting within either the UK or European Division, you will face off to Controllers within the business and report accordingly.You will get involved in the completion of monthly/quarterly P&L and balance sheet commentary, as well as the provision of accurate information for the production and preparation of statutory accounts.
- Period End focussed.
- Understanding all group reporting and analysis whilst ensuring key controls and reconciliation are carried out per reporting timetables.
- Take ownership for the migration of the role to Glasgow, which will include periods of travel to other locations.
Who we're looking for
You will be a part-qualified accountant from either a Practice or Industry background. The key attributes include;
- Solid understanding of financial and management accounting processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Advanced problem recognition and resolution abilities.
