The role sits within their busy Human Resources department, and is vital to the growth of the business. On a day to day basis, you will supporting the HR Generalist team in the promotion and recruitment of trainee lawyers and solicitors. You will be involved with organising and co-ordinating various recruitment events and liaising closely with training organisations and Universities to promote the Firm's graduate induction programme. You will also be involved with arranging trainee inductions, appraisals, social events and training.

- Previous experience in recruiting graduates into a professional services organisation.
