Customer Administration Co-ordinator

Ealing • Permanent • £18000 - £22000

This is a varied role, duties will generally include:

  • managing customers queries, questions and expectations via phone and email
  • liaising with different levels of customers, forming strong working relationship
  • liaise internally with operations and distribution to ensure smooth running of your customers accounts
  • reconcile deliveries notes and invoice management
  • Administration on all files
  • Ad hoc duties as required 

Who we're looking for

Ideally, you'll want to work in a customer focused role, utilising previous knowledge of providing a service.

The business is a well established, family run business services organisation based near Hanwell, West London, require a Customer Administration Co-ordinator. The company has a very loyal customer base and is currently going through further expansion and therefore needs another member of staff to take on new accounts within the business.
