Customer Administration Co-ordinator

This is a varied role, duties will generally include:
- managing customers queries, questions and expectations via phone and email
- liaising with different levels of customers, forming strong working relationship
- liaise internally with operations and distribution to ensure smooth running of your customers accounts
- reconcile deliveries notes and invoice management
- Administration on all files
- Ad hoc duties as required
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you'll want to work in a customer focused role, utilising previous knowledge of providing a service.

The business is a well established, family run business services organisation based near Hanwell, West London, require a Customer Administration Co-ordinator. The company has a very loyal customer base and is currently going through further expansion and therefore needs another member of staff to take on new accounts within the business.
