The role incorporates the following:-
-Recording and control of banking transactions and specified general ledger control accounts
-Maintain the Petty Cash system
-Maintain and control company Visa expense system
-Provide assistance in maintaining Overhead cost reporting and maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register
- Assist in the control and reconciliation of main bank accounts
- Assist in reports and analysis of cash and cash flow forecasts
Who we're looking for
The candidate that Fairline are looking for will be the following:
- Think outside the box and ask questions
- Liaise with non finance staff
- Good IT skills
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
