HR & Training Specialist

You will be responsible for the Human Resource and Training functions within the Reading properties, ensuring the needs of the business are achieved and full compliance is adhered to.
You will establish and build trusting relationships with staff across the business providing a valued service through the HR functionality.
This is very much a generalist position covering all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to: recruitment, payroll, training, profile building with universities and colleges, health and safety, legal responsibilities.

Exposure to the full HR functionality within previous generalist position desirable
Exposure to the hotel industry within a HR functionality desirable

Own transport essential to travel between 2 sites
