Payroll Manager

The client is looking for a Payroll Manager for a stand alone role. Sitting within the HR department the successful candidate will be responsible for the UK payroll of approximately 600 people.
The key responsibilities of this position will include.
- Liaising with the payroll department in Prague
- All payroll processes including starters and finishers
- Maintain knowledge on all legislation on employment law
- Putting forward new procedures to make the process more efficient.
Who we're looking for
Due to the nature of the position this role will require someone with extensive payroll knowledge. No supervisory experience is required however the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels.
Previous experience within the software sector would be advantageous however not essential.
