Legal and Regulatory
- The provision of support to the legal team with all contract administration including:
- Maintenance of legal team records and agreements
- Set up and maintenance of files and electronic database
- Assembly of proof drafts of agreements
- Undertake project work as directed by internal counsel team.
- Provision of updates on progress on contracts and projects.
- In addition, this role will be responsible for providing support to Sales and Services related to potential and booked orders, customer order changes, and general customer and business related information.
- Co-ordination of all approved employee expense claims for the EMEA region.
- Logging of all expense claims on the accounting system, ensuring that necessary supporting documentation is included in any submitted claims
- Undertaking any required follow up with the relevant claimant to ensure that any issues relating to incomplete claims is resolved.

Required Experience:
- Graduate calibre
- Must have a "can do" attitude and be willing to roll up sleeves and take ownership of projects.
- Must be detail-oriented and work well independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, with the ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
- Must have solid time-management skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly-sensitive matters.
- Preferably some knowledge of sales force
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ability to pick up additional IT systems.
