Credit Controller
Canterbury • Temporary - £8.00 per hour

The role will involve :
Ensuring the monies due are collected from customers according to pre-arranged terms. Using telephone, fax, letter and e-mail.
To deal with customers queries which may involve correcting pricing errors, checking invoices and checking cash postings.
To pay on receipts to customers accounts and allocate remittances.
To liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
Maintain contact history records as appropriate.
Direct Debit file production and distribution where required.
To raise journals as applicable.
To reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
To review progress with Credit Management Team Leader and/or Manager.
The job holder should be flexible in the use of skills and ability to ensure the smooth running of the department.
