Customer Service Team Leader

The role will include:
- Manage the day to day operation of a team of 7-10 advisors
- Provide advice and support to the team
- Creating effective team working
- Act as an escalation point for complaints and queries
- Work with the operations manager to achieve business targets
- Ensure KPI's are achieved
- Develop team training plans to ensure that training, coaching and development occurs.
Who we're looking for
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following abilities:
- Team management and leadership experience
- PC literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Performance and coaching management
- Flexibility to change and the demands of the company
