Customer Service Team Leader

The role will include:

  • Manage the day to day operation of a team of 7-10 advisors
  • Provide advice and support to the team
  • Creating effective team working
  • Act as an escalation point for complaints and queries
  • Work with the operations manager to achieve business targets
  • Ensure KPI's are achieved
  • Develop team training plans to ensure that training, coaching and development occurs.

Who we're looking for

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Team management and leadership experience
  • PC literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Performance and coaching management
  • Flexibility to change and the demands of the company
