Key responsibilities of this varied Purchase Ledger Clerk role are as follows:
- Reconciling supplier statements and liaising with suppliers and other employees to resolve queries
- Prepare payments to suppliers if and when required
- Processing of recharges
- Processing invoices and payments
- Processing service invoices and payments
- Matching cash on account
- Reconcile and investigate accruals reports
Who we're looking for
Previous purchase ledger experience is required as the process is quite involved. Candidates from an automotive/leasing background would have an advantage.
