Duties
- To manage work of 74 sites on the field of Health and safety related incidents reporting
- To request from sites follow up on H & S related incidents and ensure its sufficient and adequate.
- To follow up on audit reports from the H & S consultants from the sites
- To be able to provide basic consultation to sites regarding accident & incident reporting
- To ensure all necessary information is provided within the time frames to the insurers
- To liaise with the insurers regarding incidents and claims
- To maintain up to date database of incidents
- To provide regular analysis of H & S related incidents within the regions. This will include the provision of the quarterly incident/accident statistics.
- To provide trend analysis on the data as required.
- To provide a focus point for Head Office Health and Safety.
Who we're looking for
Candidate Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of H & S principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management
