Health & Safety Administrator

Duties

  • To manage work of 74 sites on the field of Health and safety related incidents reporting   
  • To request from sites follow up on H & S related incidents and ensure its sufficient and adequate.
  • To follow up on audit reports from the H & S consultants from the sites
  • To be able to provide basic consultation to sites regarding accident & incident reporting
  • To ensure all necessary information is provided within the time frames to the insurers
  •  To liaise with the insurers regarding incidents and claims
  • To maintain up to date database of incidents
  • To provide regular analysis of H & S related incidents within the regions. This will include the provision of the quarterly incident/accident statistics.
  • To provide trend analysis on the data as required.
  • To provide a focus point for Head Office Health and Safety.

Who we're looking for

Candidate Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of H & S principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good time management
Candidate must be able to commute to Chiswick, W4
