Customer Service Agent

The role will include:

  • Answering phone calls from medium to large business wanting to process different types of transactions
  • Maintaining a very high level of customer service
  • Inputting and processing transactions
  • Sorting out any queries/complaints that clients may have

Who we're looking for

Candidates should have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration
  • Good keyboard/PC literacy
  • Personnel organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure and to time restraints

About our client

The global company are a well known name within the finance industry with a very strong brand name. The role will be within the commercial side of the company dealing with medium to large clients.
