The role will include:
- Answering phone calls from medium to large business wanting to process different types of transactions
- Maintaining a very high level of customer service
- Inputting and processing transactions
- Sorting out any queries/complaints that clients may have
Who we're looking for
Candidates should have:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration
- Good keyboard/PC literacy
- Personnel organisation
- Ability to work under pressure and to time restraints
