The role of the Ledger Clerk involves:
Query handling - speaking with customers and responding to their queries in a professional and friendly manner. Resolving issues relating to pricing or services.
Statement issuing - customers may need to issue statements or copy invoices
Data Entry - working with the companies inhouse system to record contact with customers
Ad Hoc duties as required
Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with prior experience with invoicing and a professional telephone manner.
About our client
Our client is a large utilities company who have recently undergone a merger and are increasing their Head Office team.
What's on offer
Salary £15k per annum
37.5 hours per week plus 1 hour for lunch. Hours will be shift work, agreed in advance, covering 8am - 7pm
