Sales Ledger Clerk

Core duties of the Sales Ledger Clerk role include:
- Raising of invoices, statements, and the posting of receipts onto computerised sales ledger.
- Collating and checking of information from residential homes to prepare analysis of receipts in excel.
- Maintain accuracy of sales ledger database.
- Correspond with external and internal parties to resolve queries.
- Issuing of letters to chase outstanding invoices where required.
- Liaise with and assist in the placement of new residents.
- Produce weekly statistics for senior management using sales ledger software and excel.

The ideal candidate will be able to express themselves confidently and work well within a team and on their own accord. They will be able to maintain confidentiality and possess a good understanding of sales ledger processes.
