Sales Ledger Clerk

Core duties of the Sales Ledger Clerk role include:

 

  • Raising of invoices, statements, and the posting of receipts onto computerised sales ledger.
  • Collating and checking of information from residential homes to prepare analysis of receipts in excel.
  • Maintain accuracy of sales ledger database.
  • Correspond with external and internal parties to resolve queries.
  • Issuing of letters to chase outstanding invoices where required.
  • Liaise with and assist in the placement of new residents.
  • Produce weekly statistics for senior management using sales ledger software and excel.

The ideal candidate will be able to express themselves confidently and work well within a team and on their own accord.  They will be able to maintain confidentiality and possess a good understanding of sales ledger processes.
