European Payroll Specialist

Our European Payroll Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing and keying payroll input for submission to the various external payroll service providers
  • Reviewing output and preparing all reports / documentation necessary to bring the payrolls to “pre commit” stage
  • Preparing monthly contribution schedules for 3rd party vendor items (pension etc)
  • Preparing payroll journals for upload to the accounting software
  • Preparing variance reports for submission to our head office in the US
  • Various associated duties in connection with the regular payroll internal and statutory processing cycle

Who we're looking for

Our European Payroll Specialist will have the following skill set or background:

  • Several years payroll experience, preferably within Financial Services
  • Exposure to dealing with external service providers
  • Experience in all areas of payroll, including year end processes
  • An understanding in current statutory legislations
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Highly numerate
